Stupid garden has gone from fun little thing to a friggin monster. Taking up half my day and I do not want to see the next water bill.

Both. We've had a small vegetable garden for a few years and decided to expand it a little. But she who must be obeyed decide to expand it further and add a bunch of shrubs and flowers. That has now expanded to twice the size of the vegetable garden. And doesn't include the flower beds in front of the house.
