When you get nothing on a multi-dab play, it's quite discouraging for the evening's prospects.

Still waiting for the SH, Deviated, EN, Off the post goal, in final minute of a period, by a D-man, gets reviewed and counts scenario.

Oh and also a 3rd point for someone on that goal.

That was both Amazing, and someone trips and hilariously ends up in the net

 NHLN commentary said yes.

(triggered SensKat patience delay)

 haha.  Annoying, isn't it?

Yes, it is. I usually just wait but I figured, why not provide commentary?

Lol, it took NHLN a good 15 seconds to get the PP up on the board. I was like, wait, I saw a guy in the box, I know I did.

The forum software just can't handle the speed at which Cat/Kat brains operate. Sad.

Does a goalie negating an icing because player was going to beat the icing count as beat the icing?

I stepped away for a sec...skater was on track to beat the icing already so goalie said, "What the hell, might as well play the puck?" I think in that case, yes.

I first read your post as goalie played puck without pressure and negated the icing. Which I don't think would be the spirit of the square but could definitely be a brain fart if we still had it.

It was the former.  FTR, I don't have that square.  Saw the play develop and it sparked a thought... then there was smoke.

geez..... I would have to rule no, I guess....

Kat and Cat on opposite sides, the world just might be ending.

(There's been a cluster of earthquakes at the CA/Mexico boarder so, yeah, maybe!)
