Do u guys pull for Toronto in NBA and MLB?? Russell Senior and Homer

I’ll jump on the band wagon, like I am now.

First baseball I've watched on TV in 32 years,  Watched a bit of Raptors playoffs a few years ago.

I did watch the "Who Killed the Montreal Expos" on Netflix.

Was it David Samson? I listen to his podcast and he didn’t even know who it was going to be. (He was an executive in Montreal front office)

$$$$

American owned 1/3 of the team, 2/3 consortium of Canadian businessmen.  Team was losing money and Canadian owners didn't want to fund losses, so American guy did and ended up increased his ownership to over 90%.  He made a deal with the league to buy the Marlins.  League ran the Expos until sold/moved.

Yes. Although I pay almost no attention to basketball.

Don’t blame you, I do watch it but it’s the only sport where scoring isn’t special. It’s all that happens and it means nothing until the last few minutes of a close game
