Has there ever been a game tied at zero this late so far this year?
My gut says yes, but that could be the guac.
I just have a vague recollection of complaining about a lack of scoring, and it feels relatively recent.
Then again...
I *very* quickly skimmed the season scores, thinking a 1-0, 2-1, or similar would be a good candidate for a late scoring start. There have been almost no games this season with that few cumulative goals.
Question for you guys, do you have any big box or grocery stores that lock up a bunch of items and/or check receipts before you can leave?
Costco checks your receipts on the way out.
Lol, any stores that don't make you sign an agreement saying you will show your receipt on the way out?
Walmart used to check receipts, but I don't think they have enough employees to do it anymore.
The only items that are locked up/security mesh/empty box with pick up at cash are usually expensive items with high resell value (e.g. video games, 150$+LEGO sets). And cold medication that requires a pharmacist to be present in the building.
A regular grocery store. I used a *staffed* checkout lane. 5 feet from the exit door. Security guard watched the whole transaction. Then demanded a receipt before I could leave. The irony is they only check for a receipt dated for that day, I could have had tons of stuff in my bag, pockets, etc. And this is in the hoity toity part of town.
That seems excessive.... The grocery store I go to has one-way barriers into the main grocery store (with RFID tag detectors), but check out exit is clear.
At the pharmacy, they don't even lock up the 50$ face creams.
