I live five blocks from Parliament Hill, but I will be leaving home early for work and heading up the line for the weekend, so as long as they don’t decide to block the bridges I should be okay. There will, apparently, be a group coming from Arnprior (Antrim Truck Stop) so I’m not sure the Ontario route will be better or worse.

I think OT effectively mathematically eliminates me. Unless there's one I-N-S-A-N-E multi-dab, everything is happening, goal.

Thanks for the update Kat. It seems I haven’t missed much as far as my bingo card is concerned.

Just saw a tweet that "their" estimates is 50,000 trucks and 50,000 protesters.

*Does the math, averaging 10 people per truck?  lol, yeah sure.

Honest question. Do American truckers bring guns into Canada?  There's lots of paperwork to fill out and need a valid reason.

No they can't bring guns into Canada. Canada Customs seized a lot of guns every year from truckers.

and refs suck.  They're not consistent on that call.

They didn't even huddle did they? That seemed like one of the most blatant I2B I've seen.

Didn't see Ottawa's first goal but sounds like it might have been screened.

If you're un-vaxed Canadian trucker, you can't go to the US either. That's US policy, not Canadian.  Almost 90% of Canadian truckers are vaxed, the others can do trips within the borders.  It's their choice.

Same for American truckers, they can do trips within the States only.

Yep, the whole thing is pretty sad.  The convoy (most of it) passed through here today.  Some of them stopped early for the night because of the snow, so there will be a second smaller group tomorrow.

Despite the insistence on social media that we were going to see "huge participation", actual participation from trucks, vehicles, and spectators is estimated at about 1000.

So when Theo Fleury said 1.4M he was using roman numerals?

lol.  Well that is for Ottawa this weekend, so those numbers are yet to be seen.
