I wonder if Andy is aiming for a career in coaching when he retires. Watching him on the bench the last few games, he's doing a lot of tracking, a lot of working talking with the younger players, showing them video clips, etc....

I don't think so. Always seemed a bit odd to me, they have a unique perspective on the game.
