Is there some kind of rule that you can't post twice in a row?

1) When do the Rush lyrics start?

2) Just remember, the Sens were up 2-0, as I have to go help some friends with a proper Alabama BBQ. They are smoking 130 Boston Butts for a church fundraiser, and need help getting them off the grills.

 Hey, welcome to the forum!

Welcome, are you in Ottawa or another outsider like cbinc, Kat, SD, tj and Shanghai?  I think the locals are out numbered in these forums.

Super outsider - from New Orleans, living in Alabama.

Sens have been a team I liked from the early days, but didn't really jump into hockey full force till 3-4 years back.

Alabama????

EMAIL THE SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

I have emailed the show. I asked a question about Karlsson and Chabot pairing a while back.

I follow on HF boards as well, same Nom de plume.  (Trying to French it up for our Bilingual folks in the area).

Que?

I feel your pain Kat -- having been either the PM or the project sponsor in times past, news like that is never fun. The big question is what does the PM do with the news. Testing is something that should never be rushed, but some sponsors / sr mgmt seem to consider deployment dates something to be met regardless of readiness more important than due diligence. *sigh*

Back-to-backs next weekend, so he'll have to take one of those off

The grandson is here on a sleepover tonight. It was a war of attrition getting him to sleep. I won’t be right until the third period.

So Homer, you'll understand why this has my stress levels climbing again... I've been on this implementation project for over a year now. Cutover is scheduled for 6 weeks from now. We had a project meeting yesterday where we had to break the news to our PM and management that we are 3-4 weeks behind schedule on testing.....

Been a crappy on call week for me.  paged 3 times on Tuesday night, only got about 3-4 hours of sleep. Wednesday sev 1 issue, on conf call and from 6:30pm, had to go into the office and didn't get home until 3am.

Thursday, slept in until 10am, worked 1/2 day form home. Issue still going on, but application issue (SQL). Might still get paged this weekend though.
