Got up this morning and decided I was going to have bacon, fried potatoes and onion and toast. Fried up the potatoes and onions and went to cook the bacon. That's when I noticed it was CHICKEN bacon. It was to late to turn back so I used it. It wasn't that bad but afterwards I was thinking, did I break some sacred bacon law? Does this make me a bad person? Am I going to go to hell or worse, become a lafs fan?
hell maybe, but still not bad enough to be a leafs fan.

Recently, I decided to see if a George Foreman grill would do a good job of cooking bacon. It did. I cooked a whole package and ate only a few rashers of it, putting the rest away in a container in the fridge. A few days later, I wanted a "snack" and pulled the container out to have a few pieces while doing some reading. The next time I thought about it, the container was empty. This must be the only time anyone has ever been thankful that a package of bacon is now 375g instead of 454g, if only because they wanted their heart to keep beating.
I cook whole packages at a time all the time, and freeze what I'm not using right away. It's great if you can manage to not eat it all as snacks. lol
