 I thought about this a few games ago but couldn't figure out how to phrase it without sounding like a horrible person, because I really don't mean it the way it sounds...

What would today (the present, not literally "today") look like if Ullmark had felt safe enough to take leave as soon as he needed to? (I'm assuming given {gestures to everything} he didn't take leave as early as he would have in a truly judgement-free world.)
