Sister's plane just took off... 4 hours late. She's heading back to BC.
We're switching back to DST tonight, so that's an "extra hour" that she'll be ketting back home. Probably arond 5am local time by the time she gets home.
After tomorrow, BC is staying on DST. Any changes like that in you're area Cathy?
Fuuuuuck, I can understand why y'all don't really care about coordinating with your southern neighbors but that's gonna get very ****ing confusing.
I'd have to double check but I'm pretty sure the western seaboard states have all committed to perm DST (boooo!!) but it's a trigger law. Needs federal change to activate.
Also, funny, searching "British col" was enough for google to autocomplete "British Columbia permanent DST"
Come November, BC will be -4 hours with the East. Does that mean Western games will start at 11pm Eastern?
Yes?
A 1-hour time change between Vancouver and Seattle is gonna be crazy.

Also, damn, that sounds like terrible travel for your sister. I hope she doesn't have to go to work Monday morning!
