Evening, Sam. Let’s clinch this bitch!

Is it mathematically possible tonight or are you putting more tempting **** out into the universe?

Well now I feel a little bad about my prediction.

They clinch with a win or a Detroit loss

sobering thought on the radio today. Its been longer to get back to the playoffs , 8 years, than when the sens first made the playoffs, 5 years.

If you knew in 2017 that it would be 8 years until they were back in, and sooooooo much horrific hockey involved, would you have still watched?

Sure, because we still had a Karlsson in his prime to marvel at.

I was less traumatized by the bad hockey than by the off-ice shenanigans.

Great points, it was a complete crap show

 Strong point.

Darn, I really wanted to know what a string point was.

Part of string theory , but just a very small part.

I'll watch some pretty bad hockey for the conversation and the bingo. biggrin

I'll also watch good hockey that falls short of the playoffs. And while I may say different *in the moment* I'd rather watch good regular season hockey than exiting-in-the-first-round great hockey.

That said, I'm definitely in a hockey lull and haven't been as engaged for a few years now. Keep saying I'll get re-engaged but life gets in the way.

Bingo really did salvage some entertainment out of those dark seasons. Sad to say.
