 Pretty much the honour system.  When someone calls a bingo, someone often gives the card a quick look. 

I know I haven't dabbed a bunch of my cards.  I usually check everyone else's cards, which should pretty much cover most of the dabs if not all. If I'm close to a Bingo, I might check through the thread or game summary if my missing dab gives me one.

I have it all on a Google spreadsheet.

 

 

 

I would be willing to give it a try. (At least until {evil coworker} finally delivers her info and I have to do 9 weeks worth of work in 5 days.)
