I needed a 2-on-1 for a Bingo. Figured my odds were pretty good going into OT.

I think my odds diminished going into the shootout.

3 mins into OT and I don't think there's been a shot on goal.

If we have to sacrifice florida and you people on the coasts for winters like these, well.....sucks to be you!

You realize "winters like this" means "fires all summer"?

I think I'm far enough away from the coast, TJ on the other hand...

Last year was bad, they say it could very well be just as bad or worse.

Didn't AB start burning already this year? When California had successive years of Nov/Dec/Jan wildfires that was a scary turning point. Wildfire *season* is one thing, year round wildfires are yikes.

Some part never stopped apparently still smoldering under the snow.  I would have thought the snow would have suffocated the fire.

Now that you say that, that sound familiar, think I heard that in passing's god the news. Yep, how does the snow not smother or the water not put out the embers?

Off to OT.

I'll have the correct score.  (So does tj because he copied my prediction)

Nevermind the fires, it's the lack of drinking water that is bothers me.  Have you seen the effects on the drought in Spain this week?

I'm legit concerned about 71F winters though…because 75F is my new "this is starting to get uncomfortably warm" temp. I've acclimated a little too well to my new home.

I told BBC Alex that if England sinks, well, they had a good run.
