Oof. That's a "take a Benadryl (since I don't drink) and pass out" headache for me.

Are you prone to bad headaches?

Not at all, which is why this one is unusual.

Oh, I'm not allowed to add weather stripping to the doorways either!

WTF?  Are you allowed to add plastic film to the windows?

Last minute naughtiness, which is discreetly setting up a potential four corners bingo.

Refs suck seems a gimme, and lost lid definitely possible.

 Lost lid?

Mostly smart switches, WA electrician standards are insane. It's not just a lease thing, it's illegal for non-owner occupants to replace light switches.

And some nails holding things up on the patio.

I was expecting the annual inspection in May, and they give a week notice. This is a financial inspection related to the Covid CARES act? WTF? And they only gave me two days notice.

16 units of my style, 4 are EMPTY, I'm the only one getting the random inspection. Not a happy camper.

The part I find nuts is that they would actually keep a record of what light switches the owner actually installed!

Yeah, I have no idea how it's actually enforced. I assume if your landlord doesn't check/care it only becomes an issue it if is the source of a fire.

Unfortunately it's super obvious in my apartment. Even though it was built only 6 years ago they use the old school switches, not the modern rockers so the smart switches STAND OUT terribly. My apartment has NO smart home features.

Missed the game start because I was sucked into another work e-mail.  I forfeit the game prediction as a result.

I'm not the judge, but I think picking GWG is still fair.

By the time I loaded the NHL game center to remember who plays for the Panthers, they were already leading 1-0.  It didn't seem fair.

fair?? Do you know who's running things around here?

I wanted to make sure no one gave me a cat as a punishment.

Punishment? It’s my gift to you.

I ran over for pizza and salad because I'm in emergency mode. I won the "random inspection" lottery so I'm running around switching out all the illegal mods in my apartment.

I really needed that pizza.
