I have a shocking number of potential bingos all of a sudden.
It's a TP-Link Kasa smart plug.
Part of the problem is these were connected to HomeKit last year, I nuked my Homebridge setup to redo everything, HomeKit got pissy that the "accessory was already added", so I reset it and now HomeKit can't see the plug to save its life.
