The weather for tonight and tomorrow looking interesting.

 Snow?

I've seen more hail in the last week than my entire life. I've also seen more unobstructed sun with pouring rain in the last week than my entire life. Spring is sprung.

 Possible bad ice storm.

How normal is an ice storm in early April?

 Not normal at all

I think it's good, with the OT dab now, but I haven't been watching much in the 3rd.

You need Stutzle, I need a goalie pull and Stutzle.

I suppose two London Bobbies in 3:59 is a stretch.

Update: A goalie pull and one timer by Stutzle would be really good.

Hazards:

A prolonged period of freezing rain leading to significant ice build-up in some areas. Ice accretion of 10 to 15 millimetres is possible. Power outages and tree damage are possible.

And here I thought that icon was snow.
