 I got it last night on Safari, went to Chrome (with no VPN) and it was fine. Safari session started working again ~5 minutes later.

Bingo card update.  (might need to clear your browser cache)

In the lower right side, if there's a Bingo or multiple Bingos, it will state the number of Bingos on the card. 

Fun fact, a full card is 13 Bingos.
