I've gotten the too many posts in too short period of time warnings.

The first session usually unbans after a few minutes. The ban comes when I try to refresh to see the latest posts. I've always switched to Opera because it has a built-in VPN but, for giggles, I switched to Chrome w/o VPN and 2nd session was kosher while 1st was still borked. (Back of 1st session now)
