We will see what happens tomorrow, but it appears as if Ottawa will be putting Matt Murray on waivers. He was scratched today vs Anaheim.

Dorian and Melnyk 🤦‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Dorkion is king of 4th and 5th liner signings. It's possible he could do better if the owner wasn't broke/cheap. But I doubt it.

This is always the question. How much does Dorion do on his own and how much is decided on by Eugene?

Eugene, Fredo Aquilini in Vancouver and that creep in Phoenix Alex Meruelo are all just plain s**t owners and surprise surprise all 3 clubs are at the bottom. Hmmmm…wonder if there’s a correlation?

Yet both Dorian and Melnyk thought buying Murray was a good idea 🤦‍♂️

.@TSNHockey insider @DarrenDreger on the Sens pregame show: "Feels like Matt Murray is running out of runway"

I didn’t like this from the very second it was suggested all Pierre had to do was listen to a few radio shows in Pittspuke and he woulda known what he was overpaying for

List of his trades.  A whole lot of "meh" on that list.

BoroCop leaving for around 2m a season is still one of the most head scratching moves especially combined with the utterly useless guys he brought in, in his place

Hit and and more miss to this point, you’re record is what you are, every bad team trots out excuses and reasons they aren’t winning and they’ve been bad since 2017. Not just bad but really bad. The dependence on slow defensemen is still happening today that’s a huge detriment.
He’s hit on some picks Brady Chabot Batherson hopefully big things to come Pinto Stützle Sanderson Thomson JBD Norris and we wait and see. My opinion last draft was totally beyond awful, could be wrong. Passing on Cole Sillinger whose just as big and tough as Boucher is criminal. Sillinger is 20x more talented as an offensive player and he’s a center and he’s already a contributing player on a winning NHL club. Boucher at 10 Sillinger 11.
Very disappointing to sit thru another I could care less what the heck happens season and now. I half expect them to pass on Shane Wright for a guy who is hard to play against at this point. I’m not the one who proclaimed the rebuild is over or that Brannstrom was an elite player and one of the proudest moments of my career.

been thinking about Dorion's reign as gm here and it seems he’s at about 50%. for every Zub, there is  brannstrom. He has signed some guys long term, but then he’s made the same mistake this year with signing washed up vets as he did last year. He let demelo walked when he was exactly what they needed. he managed to dump dadanov's contract, amazingly, but he did also hand it out In the first place. Huge plus for not signing ek65, or was it just luck that he tried but couldn’t? He protected Cecil over methot. But he got Gus from pittsburg.

Seems for every hit there’s a strike. Are most gms like this, or is this why the sens are about to miss the playoffs for the 5th year in a row on his watch, something they’ve never done before.

What Other moves has he made, good or bad?
