A few cases have been reported in Japan so far but since the incubation period is about two weeks, I imagine that a lot of people are going around infecting others without even knowing it. I have heard that face masks and hand sanitizer are both selling really well. I don't really worry about it, TBH. Thousands of people die from flu complications every winter and there's no mass panic about that.
