I'd be fine if they used the tech only for replays to visually see if the puck was deflected.  I wonder if the tech is sophisticated and reliable enough to determine if the puck crossed the goal line or how high off the ice it is.

The changing rinkboard advertising is distracting, especially when it changed during play and moves. 

The player's name icon is also distracting.  Haven't seen streaking pucks yet though.
