 Lot of speculation that they took on his salary in anticipation of someone being traded away. JPG to Pens is the popular suggestion right now.

 Namestnikov is now an Ottawa Senator for DMan Ebert and a 4th in 2021

So what to the Blues have that we don't?  Besides a Stanley Cup that is. Am I the only one who thinks "St. Louis Blues, Stanley Cup Champions?  That's weird"
