I have a theory about why the sens are so bad in the 2nd period.
They spend so much time in their own zone, because they have so much trouble clearing the zone, that they often end up on the ice too long, in all periods. But in the 2nd, with the long change, that catches up to tHem.
Does anyone else feel like there has been a definite increase in the number of preventable injuries to this team in the last few years? We used to have the best-conditioned team in the league, and these days they are less fit, and much more prone to injury
I had no idea McKenna was 35... lol. So what ever happened to Condon?
I’m not sure, he’s either on a conditioning rehab or mental rehab it’s confounding
He has had a lingering injury that he's rehabbing from, or so we are told... once it's healed enough he will do his conditioning stint in Belleville. Supposedly.
Haha. I was thinking cause these guys are all so young playing back to back would be nothing. Back in my 20s I could play like 7 games in 3 days. ....now I play and need an entire week to recover.
