The only way they will salvage this at all is by Melnyk issuing an apology (or even the organization) and a new coach. ...oh yeah and re-signing Karlsson......

not sure melnyk can ever fix this, he needs to go.

he's got a lower approval rating than Trump.

actually, if they could sign EK65, somehow, then maybe they could save the fan base. but, i don't think that will happen while meldyck is owner.

If they resign EK and Eugene shuts up a bit then he’ll win back fans I bet

not sure which of those is least likely.

It makes me physically stressed thinking about this team and its problems. If not for this forum I'd have no outlet for any of it at all

I'll admit to having had a few panicked moments when Pan and Canuck were both talking about stopping following the Sens....  if this forum shuts down, who will we all watch the games with?  confuse

Melnyk making himself CEO certainly doesn't help the situation. He's being seen as the source of the problems with the team. He comes across as a my way or the highway kind of guy.

From Alfredson leaving (twice), to all the senior management issues (Leeder, Anselmi and others), which trickles down to the GM, coaches, players and fans.

TBH I don't see many free agents signing with the Sens on July 1st.  We'll get whatever is left over after all the other teams have made their signings.  Last stop before the KHL.
