Not yet. It's starting to make me antsy.
I think in Ontario you need to give 60 days notice before you move out. Is there something similar in Alberta?
It's only 30 days here. Which also drives me crazy.... not being able to find a place until 30 days before you want to move is insane.
I expect I'll see more rentals for June 1st towards the end of this month.
yeah, come April that will fall within Ontario's 60 day notice period
There's on particular neighbourhood I'm looking in, and it's driving me crazy. There are 6 places available right now, but all either Immediate, April 1st, or May 1st.
I feel for you, never heard of this type of thing in renting
There should be lots of places once the students start giving their notices.
Ugh, that's part of the problem too. picking through all of the crappy student rentals.
