Do what I do, sign up for a couple half marathons.  good motivation to exercise and achieve a goal.  Raise money for charities at the same time

 I know it sounds cliche, but... I have bad knees.  Bone chips under the kneecaps.  No marathons for me.  

 

It's really just the christmas goodies right now.  I still average around my 10,000 steps/day, just need to not eat chocolate for supper quite as often.
