my 1st cell phone was one of these.  Won it at a Sens game.  they came down on small parachutes, I had my Sens flag on a pole and fished it over the 3rd level railing.

 Oh man... I was in College at the time.  Classes were cancelled for 10 days because there was no power.  My street was blocked at both ends, downed tree at one side, and a power line down across the other....
