Good to hear. Sounds like it wasn't as bad as they were expecting in general.

are you calling in sick tomorrow if they don't?

lol - actually for a change there are hardly any hockey fans in my office, so I doubt anyone besides me will even know.

Can't say I'm overly optimistic about this game but 5-3 Sens. Captain gets the winner.

Well they have to win one eventually, right? And the Flames have been absolutely putrid this year. Sooo....

2-1 Sens, Stone with the GWG

As of Tuesday  morning:

Methot practiced on Monday.  He was going to play on Sat but wasn't feeling "right" after a nap in the afternoon.

Hoffman was at practice but off ice after 12 minutes.

Lazar did not practice at all.

Puempel called up (to join Prince as injury call ups from Bingo).

Calgary got shut out by NYI on Monday, and this will be their third game in four days.

Damit. And they'll probably start their backup goalie. Were doomed.

just great, I'm losing any enthusiasm I had for this season.  (it's early they can still run off 20 out of 22 soon )

After watching the Sens lose to what is arguably the worst team in the league (sorry Vermette -- you're a bright light on a team of duds), I'm starting to lose my positivity about how this game is going to go.  I'll wait to post my prediction until we know about Lazar's injury and if Hoffman / Methot will be back.
