 LOL, last year we had a book club, now we have a food club.  

Today I made a batch of my chocolate fiber bars.  Gonna have to try some apple bacon muffins.

 Drives me crazy here in Alberta... what they call "back bacon" on pizzas and stuff is just ham.

For something like that, you want a fairly firm apple - macintosh are usually good.
