Is it wrong that I kinda hope he doesn't do that well tonight? Not because I want him to fail, I really want him to do well.... but I really don't want to listen to people rambling about trading Andy for at least a little while....
Giving O'Connor the start tonight is definitely the right move. We know what we have in Andy, and he's already back in game form. O'Connor needs to be ready though, just in case.
Agreed, original plan was for Hammond to start Thursday in Montreal and Andy tonight. Since Hammond was injured and O'Connor called up, they just switched it up to give them each a start. Better then to throw O'Connor in a game as a last minute call up

"Well, if Anderson isn't taking the start tonight, he must be nursing an injury!".
(/stupid fan takes off)
I think it's cool to see the team give O'Connor the start tonight. There's nothing on the table in terms of the standings, and it's about as close to being a "real game" as it can be without being one, so why not give him the experience?
