 It's rigged

Shouldn't he be reffing some LA games since they're in the NHL doghouse at the moment.

 He doesn't hate the Kings...

Watched it on Sunday and it made me chuckle.

Episode was centered at the airport in Washington where there was a major snowstorm causing delays for everyone heading home for Thanksgiving.

Edie McClurg, aka "Mrs. Poole", was a passenger commenting on the weather and delayed flights.  One of the main characters said.

"Well at least your getting away from it"

to which she replied.

"I'm heading to Calgary"

A perfect example of life imitating art.  lol

LOL!  It's finally supposed to start warming up again, at least.

Wow... Neil with 500 more PIMS than any other player over the last 10 years.

What that really means is he's been able to stick around while others of his ilk have been forced out if league.

Say Kat, do you watch NCIS?  If so, did you watch last week's "Thanksgiving" episode?

Is that part of the problem in Edmonton?  Too many individuals and not enough team players?

The problem with Eberle... he's got skill, for sure... but he's got a bit of an attitude issue. And I don't think our leadership group right now is strong enough to push him back in line.

That's very true. We all knew going into the season what this team was - they are going to have to fight and claw for their wins, they aren't going to be going out there and scoring 5 goals a game.

another topic was about creating more offence. that's fine and dandy, and they need to, but let's face it, these guys aren't likely to out-score many teams. if they don't learn to play D properly, a few more goals wont matter.

Not a terrible first period, but they need to pick it up and not play a typical Sens 2nd.

it was pointed out on radio that sens are dead last in shots blocked this season. they wondered if that was a meaningful stat. to me, it speaks to willingness to play hard D in your own end.

btw, hoff shoots good puck.

If some of those shots were blocked, maybe we wouldn't be allowing some 40 shots in a game

Another area that SHOULD be helped by Methot playing.  Gah.... we need someone to give these goalies a hand.
