Cheddar-stuffed perogies cooked in bacon fat. I think they could have used some bacon with them, but they are good.

Got home and Kardinal had my house smelling like maple bacon. That's a Canadian Welcome home if ever there was.

bacon-covered turkey is the best!

The only bacon I got in my christmas dinner this year was with the pan-roasted brussels sprouts. Sooooo yummy.

The turkey is in the oven, and as usual it is covered with bacon. This keeps it moist and the drippings make extra fine gravy. Remove bacon about an hour before serving to allow the bird to brown. Bacon can the be crumbled and added to veggies or simply eaten as a snack.

Russell sent me here because I had a Canadian Bacon pizza in honor of the Sens today.

So my job takes me to Knoxville a few times a month or so. Well maybe once a month.

The hotel doesn't have real bacon. But the place is nice, but there is a place that has burgers with amazing bacon on them. I may get that for lunch. I don't remember the name, my rep in town just tells me where to go eat and he's always right.
