Hey, congrats to you Yanks for getting back to the moon.

only took you 50+ years, but still less than the last leafs cup.

 {Cathy realizes she hasn't heard or read a headline beyond "Massive ATT Outage" today}

 The whole thing was being transmitted on AT&T network, so it was obviously all staged.

Cathy, did you survive the apartment surprise inspection?

 Yes! Treated myself and Abby to Jamba smoothie and whimzee chew, respectively.

And I'm glad I went overboard on hiding everything. 4 people total, one was a rep from the lender (hence the random part) and she was videoing (didn't *ask* me first though which sucked). And, bonus, they were actually smart enough to do the **regular** annual inspection stuff now so they'll skip me when they do annual inspections in May.

 Wait til you find out they are still videoing.......

 No joke, I *did* feel like the reason for 4 people was so I couldn't watch all of them at the same time. But I am probably giving them too much credit. They are not the brightest bulbs in the shed.

 The videoing is a bit weird... Is the landlord planning to sell?

 I don't *think* so. They said it was part of the CARES Act which was passed during Covid but I can't find anything specific in that bill that would relate to this (not that I've read the whole bill!). I also wouldn't put it past management to straight up lie because most of my neighbors are dumb and wouldn't ask questions.

The complex was built in 2018 so I assume there's still a *bit* left on the mortgage.
