No idea. I don't remember NYE in CA being an issue last year, but she didn't hear anything for the 4th so if there's close fireworks it'll be new for her. We were out playing with friends for 90 minutes this morning so at least she's chill, for now.

thinking there might have been a big accident or incident somewhere cuz there were alot going in one direction across town.
