In case anyone is curious.... more details of what happened here last night.

www.kingstonist.com/news/recklessness-defiance-in-university-district-on-homecoming-weekend/

There are concerns.... a lot of social media chatter from the students that this weekend was "a tease" and that the "real" party is still to come.

I never know who is on the team when the new season starts. I was like, "oh, Nick Paul is still on the team I guess."

I had no idea he's worked behind the bench as coach or assistant coach for so many seasons. That's pretty impressive.

I have trouble typing and watching at the same time because I don't want to miss the fun chances they keep getting.

Do we still have the 'someone named Brown gets a point' square?

No, I wasn't how many we still had.

so apparently I'm behind.... Sens official twitter announced that Stars goal about 30 seconds before it happened on screen....

Right there with ya. ESPN notification came through early (ahem, twice) but after the Marner Mystery Goal the other night I wasn't sure if a cat ran across a keyboard or it was a real goal. lol

When Sens tied it up (on screen), I opened the scoring summary on nhl.com and the score was 0-0

Did I ever mention that nhl.com sucks.

I'm fairly sure they worked to make it WORSE over the summer. Trying to do anything causes Safari to beachball for me.
