Bernier starting, 41 games vs 27 for Howard, I I guess he's not the backup.

I know they're the two bottom teams, but did they even mention the Sens or Wings on the pregame show?

The game is on SN1, which I don't get. I'll have to stream it.  Maybe they don't get SN1 in studio either?

Saturday nights are pretty much the only night that I'm not streaming.  It's nice being the one watching in real time!

Your useless fact for the day:

The Leap Day alone overcorrects the calendar, requiring we remove a Leap Day every century year.

But that under-corrects the calendar, requiring we put a Leap Day back in, every four centuries. Behold the Gregorian Calendar.

Accurate.  Worked on Y2K back in 1999.  Put the numbers into a spreadsheet and it all added up.

year 1900 was not a leap year, 2000 was a leap year and 2100 will not be a leap year.

Next centennial leap year will be 2400.  My prediction for the game on that day is 5-2 Sens win, #27 with the winner.

Guess who's back... Referee Tim Peel - back from a fractured ankle - will be working a few games down in @TheAHL to get ready for his NHL return!

Russell you’re thoughts?

BTW What's O'Rourke's status? It's been a while since reffed an Ottawa game.
