Just saw an nhl.com post about the seattle expansion, seems they will take 1 player from each team minus Vegas. IMO shouls get a pick from Vegas then but I'm not the NHL I guess.

For the record: Phaneuf had to be protected for Vegas draft. BFR does not have to be protected for the Seattle one. They won’t take him, but he doesn’t take up a protected spot.
