So Brady and brother Matthew were at the UFC spectacle at the White House.  Why am I not surprised.

With two years left on his contract and highly doubt signs an extension, it's a matter of time before he's traded.  With a NMC, he has all the leverage.

Ive already put my money on Brady leaving. I don't think there's any chance he stays. On top of the whole US thing, and wanting to play with his brother or in a tax free state, his next contract will be upwards of $20 million. He'll never get that in Ottawa.

Is it okay that I'm kinda okay with that?

The second part, not Homer's first line.

Also, I heard it was gonna be cancelled for weather. Are you telling me they still did it in bad weather and Zeus/Thor didn't zap anyone in the sea of bad people?

I am very disappointed my mod powers don't allow me to resize that image.

Europeans returning to Europe is definitely a thing. And I completely missed Lassi leaving.

Since the mistress was still in the closet for those trades...were they *intended* to be equal returns, or were they contract dumps?

Okay, the internet sucks.

searching "I wanna play the trews ottawa senators" should bring up exactly what I want, SHOULD IT NOT?

And, the search on the board is apparently borked.

Song came up in music rotation and I was reminded of that video from...???...and wanted to watch it again. It would seem I hallucinated it and it never existed.

Thank god 2021 Cathy had the presence of mind to save that video. I wanted to see the Chabot bear hug. 🤗

ESPN: Ridly Greig suspended two games next season for sucker punching Hurricanes' Sean Walker on April 25.

1) I don't even recall this being mentioned at the time.

2) It took a week and change to decide this?

Watching Ullmark...I have a hard time believing that man has EVER had a mental heath concern. I hope he feels as content and centered as he looked and presented himself. Forget the #UllmarkNeedsAHug...I want to line up to GET a hug from him.

I skipped through Reimers but the part I saw...he looked joyful enough to almost make me forget about his anti-pride sentiment. 😒

Really good interview with Ullmark. Ullmark: The playoffs were the first time this season where I felt like myself – TSN https://share.google/TdoFo7qrPgVYDzHkj

I think I'm facing geographic discrimination, but found a few quotes on reddit...

--In the playoffs, it was a surreal feeling being at the top pf your game and still losing.

That would be sad in any year but after the year he had, it's ****ing heartbreaking.

he's extremely honest, open and thoughtful in his answers.

One interesting thing he said was that he believes the slow start had something to do with after making the playoffs last year, the team maybe took it for granted that they would be back this year, and that they didn't realized for a bit that nothing was guaranteed. Hopefully that lesson was a one and done.

 Arrogance, in hockey? No! lol

That's like when Niedermeyer and Selanne took half the 07-08 season off and thought they'd be able to repeat.

I need to dig around and see if I can either find the interview un-geo-locked or bypass with a VPN.
