It's been in the 30's here in Washington and we see guys w shorts and t-shirts on without coats. Please tell me u guys up there have more sense than that? Or is the 30's considered spring time weather? 😎😂. That's just above 0 zero in Canadian

anything above freezing IS springtime! and some places just have 11 months of winter...and one month of bad snowmobiling!

Saturday's game thread is up. it's a 1pm start. Good morning Kat & tj. Don't forget the bacon with those maple syrup covered pancakes
I'm on a diet. Can't eat any of those things right now.
yeah, I laid off the chips about 4 weeks ago and exercise 4 times a week. Been dropping weight and want to lose another 8-10 before my run at the end of May.
I decided after my xmas chocolate binge that I needed to take off some extra fat.
Eating better, walking at lunch instead of just sitting around.... just need to get back on track
yeah, getting started is the toughest. even now when I get home I don't feel like exercising, but get on the bike and/or treadmill Once I get going, I'm usually good to burn 600-700 calories, so a meal's worth...
Can't wait for the nicer weather and run outside. Treadmill running is tougher mentally even when I watch TV while exercising.
Nicer weather and more hours of sunlight will help hugely. The roads and sidewalks are in such terrible shape here that outdoor activity is majorly restricted
