yeah, and at the same time, no one was too upset about it considering how much he was liked.  

Fans understood the reason and knew that the Sens did him a huge favor in trading him to Nashville. 

 Probably one of the classiest trades in history, on both sides.  It was sad to see him go, but we all knew why changes were being made, and the fact that they sent him to where he really wanted to be was fantastic.
