 Like...

There also were many stories out of Toronto this week that Jimmy Vesey was going to sign with the Leafs.

Russell, got any wise words to say here?

Bronze in Men's 50km race walk?  Evan Dunfee was upgraded from 4th to 3rd after an appeal for getting bumped by Japan's Hirooki Arai in the final couple kms.  The Japanese walker (no TWD pun intended) was DQ'd.  Canada expects Japan to make a counter appeal.

Japan appealed the appeal.  Japan's Hirooki Arai DQ is overturned and Canada's Dunfee loses the Bronze to finish 4th.

Don't know the full rules of race walking, but there was a bump with a couple km to go.  After the bump until the finish, Dunfee's legs appeared wobbly. Not sure if getting thrown off his stride caused an injury.  As a runner, sometimes it doesn't take much especially on long distances.

There was no reason for the bump, there was plenty of room for a clean pass.

On appeal of the appeal, it didn't happen.

So after IOC insisted Lochte mugging story “absolutely false,” the swimmer’s spokesman now says it happened.

"HEY! It didn't happen!"

Yeah, pretty crazy... apparently he and a couple of other members of the US swim team were robbed last night... 3 armed men stopped their taxi and robbed them.

The truth came out and "It actually didn't happen".  Story from video surveillance indicate that "while intoxicated, vandalized a gas station bathroom and were questioned by armed guards before they paid for the damage and left."

I TOLD YOU IT DIDNT HAPPEN!!! IVE BEEN TELLING YOU ALL FOR YEARS!!!!
