All very nice and all but we're just ruining our draft pick. this is straight out of the old leaf handbook of failing.
Really though?
They currently are in the #10 spot and have been there for a while. They were never going to make into the top 8 with Arizona, Buffalo, Calgary, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Columbus, Toronto and Edmonton all well behind in points and tanking hard.
They're also not likely to finish 13th or 14th with Detroit and Carolina well ahead. I doubt that Colorado falls far enough to get out of the 12th spot either.
So at "best" they lose the last two games and finish 9th or at "worst" win a couple more and finish at 11.
So a swing of 5.0 (9th) to 3.0% (11th) to win the lottery. 3.5% at 10.
don't be bringing your facts and logic up in my grill! i want to rant! that's what the internet is for, uninformed ranting!
