Rest is nice and all, but this team seems to consistently lay eggs after 2+ days off between games. Hopefully Anderson is ably to play through the discomfort in his hand.

From the Minnesota game to the end of the season: 22 games in 40 days. The team doesn't have more than one day off between games between now and the end of the season, and this is AFTER the killer California road trip. Yes, they won that state, but this is a lot of hockey to play between now and game 82.

It's no wonder the team wanted Anderson to get in a game; now we'll see how he feels after playing last night and ahead of the Boston game tomorrow.
