Strome's "extended rubbing out" along the boards on Lazar has often been called an interference penalty.  But not this time....blankstare

Isn't that the problem? they are doing anything.  seems like they're just going through the motions at times.

And they aren't doing anything to make me care about it!

Lazar taking a penalty was NOT what I had in mind.

Am I the only one hoping that Alfie found some time for a serious heart-to-heart with Karlsson about being a Captain?

Good thing I checked the Islander feed so I could at least see the tribute and puck drop.

Maybe. Or if they go out there and crap the bed on such an emotional night for the fans.

just heard the boys on the podcast today, they brought up some great points. One of them is that MacLean is on the hot seat. I really don't think this is his fault and if they do fire him they have to quit hiring coaches w/o experience cause they just keep firing them. that's silly to keep making the same mistake over and over.
And firing up the Tank, if they don't improve on defense and fast they aren't going to have to fire up any Tank it's going to automatically start all by itself

It's just weird... Hammond called up, Lehner on the IR... but no word what the injury is, or when it happened.
