It's going to be REAL easy to hate the lafs this season.

So Max Domi is now on his 7th NHL team in 9 seasons.  Seems like a lot for a guy who averages 17 goals a season.

Is he a problem in the dressing room?

problem in the Leafs dressing room now.

but I would have loved to see his dad cheer for the Sens...and wear a Sens jersey on father night.

"The Nashville Predators hired Mark Borowiecki as a pro development coach"  Borocop is now Borocoach?  Good for him.

No more NHL themed jerseys during game warmups.

No Pride jerseys, no military appreciation night jerseys, no hockey fights cancer jerseys. All because 7 players refused to wear a pride jersey. The themed nights will still exists, but players can't wear the jerseys.

Bigots ruin everything for everyone.

I wonder if they'll be allowed to have rainbow tape on their sticks or rainbow laces? That would be a personal choice.

this is such a bad decision. Makes the league look so bad.

I think I read that they are following the lead of MLB.   ”The Moral Majority” still has clout, unfortunately.

Jason Spezza is an assistant GM now.  He joins Dubas in Pittsburgh.

Russell, what were the odds on that 15 years ago?

I am absolutely baffled by how many sens fans would want Dubas as our GM. BASED ON WHAT??!! That fabulous playoff winning record? Look at the talent he had along with a bottomless pit of resources, and he failed over and over again.

One comment I saw was " imagine what he could do with our core". LOOK AT THE CORE HE HAD!! WHAT DID HE ACCOMPLISH!!??

God, people are stupid. Hey, that could be a new segment.

Now that the new arena plans in  Tempe (Phoenix) are dead, will Buttman and the NHL finally admit defeat and move the Coyotes out of Phoenix.

Voters reject an ownership who stiffs vendors and contractors and every small business they come into contact with just like Trump did. Phoenix Tempe didn’t mess this up Buttman did with the idiots he approved to own this franchise. NHL is the only league that celebrated championships with that idiot Trump and Buttman kept this franchise afloat but didn’t help the fans who would have supported a team if the rink had been built in the right city to begin with.

ESPN had a funny way of phrasing the Laviolette announcement...

"Capitals and head coach Peter Laviolette have agreed to mutually part ways"

Lol, they haven't *mutually agreed* but they agreed to *mutually part*.

they had a conscious uncoupling. and Cbinc is a great guy!
