I think that goal deserves more than $5 to charity.

holy cow. can you imagine even considering trying that move?

Things like that make me believe in years of muscle memory + instinct. I simply can't believe that was a conscious thought to try that.

I checked in on MIN-COL last night early in the 2nd, saw it was 3-0 MIN and decided, "Okay, this ain't ending tonight, I'll keep playing around with AI." (see my other post about why I'm doing that)

Oops.

Really shouldn't take things for granted in the playoffs.

I watched the last 10 minuets of the game and OT last night. More excitement in those last 10 minuets than in the whole Sens/Hurricanes series.

 Wouldn't be too hard.

Anybody still watching anything or pretty much checked out?

I haven't been watching much, but have it on in the background today while doing some computer work.

 same

I’m watching and unfortunately Montreal looks really good, Carolina is a wagon and Sens didn’t stand a chance vs that juggernaut. Wild v Avs will decide the West

Vancouver interviewed Pierre Dorion for their vacant GM position, Aquilini family who own the Canucks are just as self aware and clueless as the guy who previously employed that guy.

Dorion was just a scout who was in way over his head as a GM, thanks to the Senators' tendency to always hire the cheapest guy possible.

good point!!  It now seems they have moved on from him and I think they scared the fans and people that cover the team so much that no matter who they pick now it will be a relief. It will be at least the clueless owners didn’t hire Dorion

Chakya??? In Toronto??? only the most scrutinized franchise in hockey and they hire him??? Great for Ottawa but it’s as asinine as Dorian getting another sniff at a front office job in the NHL.
You gotta hand it to Canadian NHL clubs and their commitment to recycling Trash

maybe its because they tried hiring qualified people and as always, they failed miserably. So, lets try the other way.

I hadn’t thought of that. Let’s try hiring certified idiots and see what happens. I truly thought neither one of those guys could ever get a job as GM again but you can never underestimate the stupidity of the Leafs and Canucks ownership groups

seriously! Who would give someone who's completely incompetent a second chance?

I didn’t answer because that’s a complete rhetorical question…..I’m just glad it was the Laffs/Yard Waste

I imagine Cathy, with her new found love of the hooch, must be hurting today after celebrating quennville losing his **** last night as the ducks lost.

Also, actually haven't had any since game 4. But was thinking might have one tonight and actually have the game on (in some form or another), want to experiment with a watered-down Moscow Mule. 🍸
