Holy ****, I kinda got my wish! Ducks lost and Vegas (my boss' team) hit with ****ing sanctions!
Loss of 2R 2026 pick and $100k fine for Torts for "flagrant" violation of league's media policy.
I did a double take because I was like, wait, they won, why did they ban the media.
edit: And in a weird twist, the first comment thread on the reddit post I found to read more...mentions Kyle Beach. As well as "If only they took player safety this seriously" re: the loss of the pick.
I was sound asleep before the handshake line so I didn't realize anything crazy went down.

The vodka option is still on the table but will also be channeling my anger into something better...going to pledge $5 for every goal scored against the Ducks in round 2, and doubling the total if they get eliminated, with the money going to 1in6.org and malesurvivor.org.
To UTA/VGK...light 'em up.
May be a petty reason to donate, but the money went to a good place.

I checked in on MIN-COL last night early in the 2nd, saw it was 3-0 MIN and decided, "Okay, this ain't ending tonight, I'll keep playing around with AI." (see my other post about why I'm doing that)
Oops.
Really shouldn't take things for granted in the playoffs.
I watched the last 10 minuets of the game and OT last night. More excitement in those last 10 minuets than in the whole Sens/Hurricanes series.
