 I vote for dumb penalty. But shooting puck over glass penalty might be good square for next year.

 That's a good idea.  Maybe even for playoffs round 2.

I think I'm holding these guys to a higher standard (lower standard?) of dumb, I think I'm expecting a baseline level of dumb and therefore can't properly evaluate dumbness.

I think I'm holding these guys to a higher standard (lower standard?) of dumb, I think I'm expecting a baseline level of dumb and therefore can't properly evaluate dumbness.
