 That's what worries me. If he isn't back to near his old self, I would be hesitant to give him a huge long term deal.

 I'm wondering about that.  Maybe something got updated that's having issues.  I haven't installed anything new in awhile.

But I started it in safe mode earlier, and wifi was still broken.

 maybe do another factory restore, but don't restore the backup yet.  Let it sit overnight and check it in the morning. 

 oh, that was the other problem.  When I initially did the reset, I couldn't register the phone because it couldn't get online.  I think it's toast

Keep forgetting that Oilers are slumping as bad as Sens, sounds like firings are for sure happening there
