Russell is this squad good?

“Eichel has two goals in 17 games. Hall has gone 18 games without a goal. Jeff Skinner has no goals and one assist in 16 games. Cody Eakin has one assist and an empty-net goal. Kyle Okposo, has one assist in 14 games.” -@BuffaloVogl

Buffalo has already tanked and got their #1 and #2 overall draft picks and they are literally quitting on their coach and season. They look really terrible. Cautionary tale about rebuilding it doesn’t have to bring unparalleled success. Skinner is making 9M a season for like 7-8 more years and he’s a healthy scratch every night. Karlsson in SJ has to be the only worse contract in the league

Hall, 0 goals in 18 games? That is the coach killing tank job of all time.

Spezza with the old-school fake slap shot goal tonight. Goalies are still falling for it.

Amazing play really by Spezza. Then Brian Elliott pitches a shutout yesterday - he‘s been gone forever and still playing well. Well, it was vs Buffalo so not sure if it’s all that impressive

Send him around to talk smack during warmups...  first shift instigate 6v1 brawl.

Play the remainder of the game against an opponent with a shortened bench and backup G.  #GeniusFYOUS

Anthony DeAngelo on waivers after his latest adventure in A**hattery.

The talent is there but he is too much of a festering cesspit of boils to be dropped into any dressing room.  Sad part is I can see Melnyk pressing Dorion to make a claim.

Naw. He make to much money for Meldink to want to sign him.

Interesting little note on the CBJ-WPG trade: Dubois’ father and mother live in Winnipeg as his father is an assistant coach with the AHL Moose. That certainly helps explain the trade.
